Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:- CT License
- 1 year experience
- 1 yr minimum acute hospital experience
- BLS
Other Details:- 456 bed acute care hospital - Level II Trauma center
- Functional Independent Measurement (FIM) certification in inpatient rehab settings preferred
