Position Title: Quality Control

Wage: $19.00 - $20.00/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 6:30am - 3:30pm (Monday - Thursday), 6:30am - 12:00pm (Friday)

Quality Control Responsibilities:
- Inspect products and materials to ensure they meet company quality standards and specifications
- Identify, document and report defects or inconsistencies in materials or finished products
- Maintain accurate inspection and testing records
- Communicate effectively with production and management teams regarding quality issues and improvements
- Perform routine checks and audits throughout the production process
- Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures to maintain consistency and compliance
- Follow safety and company policies to ensure a safe work environment

Requirements for Quality Control:
- Previous experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Solid math and measurement skills to ensure product accuracy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Dependable and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
