Seeking Nurse Practitioner to join Gastroenterology Diabetes Clinic in a rapidly growing rural community just outside of San Jose, CA.

• Status/Shift: Full Time, all shifts
• Pay Range: $84-$92/hour

Position Summary/Requirements:

• Current Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant certification and/or license recognized by the State of California.
• At least one (1) year experience in endocrinology mid-level practitioner duties in evaluating the diagnosis, treatment and management of thyroid nodules, hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, hypogonadism, osteoporosis and type 1 and 2 diabetes mellitus is required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Current Furnishing License if applicable.
• Current and unrestricted DEA.
• Current CPR certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
