Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of plastic and reconstructive surgeries with a focus on quality outcomes and patient safety.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in plastic surgery and incorporate evidence-based practices into patient care.
• Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
• BC/BE in Plastic Surgery.
• Valid and active medical license in the state of West Virginia.
• DEA certificate.
• Demonstrated commitment to quality, safety, and patient-centered care.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Dedication to professional development and continuous learning.
