DescriptionChristus Trinity Clinic (CTC) at CHRISTUS Spohn Hospital System seeks an experienced, community-invested General Surgeon (BC/BE) for a full-time position in Alice, TX. This is a unique opportunity to build an autonomous practice with a diverse and professionally rewarding caseload, allowing you to utilize the full spectrum of your general surgery skills. The position requires at least 5 years of experience and Monday-Friday availability. The typical week blends several clinic days with block surgery days covering procedures like gallbladders, hernias, EGDs, and colonoscopies. The call schedule is flexible.

CHRISTUS Spohn Alice is a highly rated 135-bed, Level 4 trauma center. The facility features four ORs and two G.I. suites, supporting approximately 850 surgeries and 28,000 ER visits annually. It is also home to the region's only rural cardiac Cath lab.
Qualifications:
- MD or DO with ACGME-accredited General Surgery residency
- American Board-certified or board-eligible in General Surgery
- At least 5 years of experience is required
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Texas
