Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is seeking an Equipment Operator (Order Picker/Reach Truck/Clamp Truck) to join their team. As an Equipment Operator, you will be part of the Warehouse Operations Department supporting the Fulfillment and Inventory Team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Equipment Operator (Order Picker/Reach Truck/Clamp Truck)
Location: Bloomingdale, Ga
Pay Range: $19.50/hr.

What’s the Job?

  • Operate order picker, reach truck, and clamp truck equipment up to 30 feet to pull and put away product
  • Accurately pick and store products while maintaining inventory integrity and safety
  • Use RF scanners or voice units to complete daily warehouse tasks
  • Follow standard operating procedures and OSHA safety guidelines at all times
  • Communicate effectively with team members and assist in maintaining an organized work environment

What’s Needed?

  • At least 6 months of recent warehouse and/or order picker experience
  • Ability to read and understand work orders
  • Stable work history with no more than 3-month gaps
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed and complete background check & drug screening
