What Were Looking For

• MD/DO, Board Certified or Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
• Active New York medical license
• DEA license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Medicare & Medicaid billing numbers
• Prior nursing home experience a plus
• Physicians seeking a long-term, rewarding relationship with our group
