Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) provide direct 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism and developmental needs under BCBA supervision. They implement individualized treatment plans, collect data on client progress, and support skill development in various settings including homes and schools across Tennessee. Total Care ABA is a growing ABA therapy provider offering in-home and in-school services for children with autism and related developmental needs. We are expanding across Tennessee and are seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our supportive, mission-driven team.
Our RBTs are the heart of what we do. In this role, you will provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy, support children and families in achieving meaningful goals, and work under the supervision of experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Duties & Responsibilities
Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings
Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
Collect, record, and report data on client progress
Support the development of communication, social, and daily living skills
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and families
Compensation & Schedule
Full-Time: 35–40 hours/week
Part-Time: 10–20 hours/week
Flexible shifts available
Services provided in person throughout Tennessee
Skills & Qualifications
Current RBT certification required- Registered on the BACB Registry
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior experience working with children preferred (not required)
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
