- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Provide direct, individualized nursing care to diverse patient populations following clinical nursing standards
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed; monitor for adverse reactions
- Educate patients and families on surgical procedures, post-treatment care, and home management
- Monitor specialized equipment, interpret electronic displays, and accurately document patient information
- Respond to life-saving situations using nursing protocols and standards
- Assist physicians during examinations and treatments; perform procedures such as dressing changes, catheter insertions, and IV starts
- Participate in discharge planning and patient education initiatives
- Maintain concise, accurate, and timely documentation of all care provided
- Perform other related duties as assigned
