Clinical Details:
- Between 2.7-3.0 per hour or between 24.3-27 patients per 9-hour patient contact day.
- Provide direct patient care in an inpatient and/or outpatient setting.
- Ensure proper injury care and disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and recovery.
- Assess patient health by interviewing patients, performing physical examinations, obtaining, updating, and studying medical histories.
- Examine patient and diagnose patients injury or illness. Institute therapy or referrals of patient to the appropriate health care facilities, agencies, or other resources of the community.
- Determine normal conditions by administering or ordering diagnostic tests, such as x-rays, electrocardiograms, and laboratory studies, interpreting test results
- Interpret and evaluate patient data to determine patient management and treatment
- Support Staff- 1 MA per provider.
- Main Duties= All routine ped visits, including comfort with managing ADHD and basic psych (depression/anxiety). Procedures not required but would love to have ability to do any of the following: circs, casting, I&D, toenail removal, etc.
Requirements
- Board Certified/Eligible in Pediatrics
- ActiveCO License
- Active DEA addressed in CO
