Employment Opportunity Details:
- Full-time 100% outpatient schedule with 36 patient facing hours per week.
- Days (Monday-Friday)
- No call
- Nurse Practitioner on the Pulmonary outpatient team
- Active Lung Nodule Clinic
- Endoscopic Procedural opportunities based on skill/desire
- Up to 6 weeks time off per year

Key Responsibilities:
- Outpatient pulmonary clinic provider, working with APP and MA's in office setting
- Diagnose and treat conditions/disorders affecting the respiratory system
- Bronchoscopy, EBUS procedures available
Qualifications
- US BE/BC
- MD/DO Indiana license or eligible
- Consistent and consecutive employment/training history
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to provide high quality patient care
- Team oriented, positive and patient centered
