What You’ll Do
- Partner with patients and families in care decisions.
- Develop and document individualized care plans using evidence-based practices.
- Perform safe hand-offs using SBAR and bedside reporting.
- Communicate effectively with physicians and the multidisciplinary team.
- Stay engaged in unit huddles, process improvement projects, and continuing education.
- Maintain certifications and competencies to deliver the highest standard of care.
Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
- Licensure: Current RN license in Missouri or compact license.
- Certifications:
- Required: BLS (American Heart Association) within 30 days of hire.
- Preferred: ACLS, NRP, C-EFM, and others as applicable.
- Experience: Previous RN experience required; Women’s Health experience preferred but not mandatory.
