What You'll Do: Perform a variety of image-guided minimally invasive interventional procedures to diagnose and treat complex cardiovascular conditions in a well-equipped hospital near Benld, IL. Manage a diverse outpatient cardiology clinic, providing consultations, diagnostic testing, and preventive care for patients with a variety of cardiac concerns. Collaborate with referring physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for each patient. Participate in inpatient consultations and manage cardiac care for hospitalized patients within a dedicated 64-bed cardiac unit. Round on patients, monitor their progress, and make necessary adjustments to care plans. Interpret diagnostic studies and order appropriate tests and medications. Provide compassionate and supportive care to patients and their families. Maintain meticulous documentation within the Epic electronic medical record system.
