Opportunity:
RN - Med Surg Tele
Job Details:
• Work 4x12 hour day shifts
• Every other weekend required
• Must be available for some holidays
• Manage 1:5 to 1:7 patient ratio for Med Surg patients
• Care for CHF patients, acute MI's, post device care (pacemakers) and patients with arrhythmias
• 26-bed unit with cardiac monitoring and emergency response capabilities
• Floating to other units is required
• Must have New York license in hand - no exceptions
• EPIC charting experience required
• Required certifications: ACLS and BLS
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required
• Must live more than 75 miles from facility location
• Scrub colors: any combination of navy and white
• Skills include cardiac monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, IV therapy, phlebotomy, peripheral line care, respiratory care, isolation precautions, and wound care
• First-time travelers accepted
• Complete pre-start modules (up to 5 billable hours)
