What you’ll do
- Drive the vision and roadmap for machine learning products across multiple domains
- Partner with ML scientists, engineers, and business teams to deliver impactful solutions
- Prioritize features and manage agile development using tools like JIRA
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable plans
- Ensure products meet customer needs and create measurable business value
- Lead and mentor a high-performing product team
Basic qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience
- 4 years in product management
- 3 years in people leadership
- Proven experience building ML/AI products
- Prior experience managing/tracking agile development over JIRA boards
- Strong communication skills across technical and business audiences
Preferred qualifications
- MBA or Master’s degree
- 8+ years of related experience
- Hands-on background in ML engineering or software development
- Experience with ML product development on GCP or AWS
- Open-source contributions or GitHub portfolio
