Director of Restaurants Qualifications:
- 5+ years in a multi-unit director role
- Fine dining and/or upscale experience required
- Collaborate with the finance team to establish and reach budget objectives
- Experience a new restaurant opening
Director of Restaurants Responsibilities:
- Supervise all spending to guarantee compliance with the budget
- Continuously evaluate guest feedback and address any issues that come up
- Oversee the development of all management personnel
- Address all employee concerns through direct communication with HR
- Develop business growth strategies through regular analysis of competitors and market trends
