Job DescriptionJoin a fast-paced Adult Emergency Department (ED) in a state-of-the-art facility that manages over 100,000 visits annually and is recognized as one of the busiest trauma centers in the country. As a Level I trauma hospital, we are responsible for a diverse patient population and will assist with border patients.
Please note that the ER cannot accommodate first-time travelers. Also, no requests for time off will be accepted from February 15 to February 21.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced emergency environment.
- Utilize telemetry and critical care protocols effectively.
- Assist in the management of a diverse array of patient needs.
- Current RN License in New York (NY License ONLY)
- Minimum of two (2) years of Emergency Department experience
- Telemetry experience required
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- ACLS certification from the American Heart Association
- NIHSS certification preferred
