Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Pediatric ICU night shift position, requiring two years of pediatric critical care experience and AHA certifications.
Responsibilities
- Work in a 4-8 bed Pediatric ICU within a hospital setting
- Night shifts from 19:00 to 07:30
- 13-week assignment
- Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
- May float to the general pediatrics unit
- Provide specialized critical care to pediatric patients in the ICU
- Participation in a holiday rotation is required
- May be required to float to the general pediatric unit as operationally needed
- Mandatory radius rule for local candidates applies with local rate adjustment
- All positions are Auto Offer at the facility
- COVID-19 vaccination is not required
Requirements
- Active RN license with current Nursys verification
- Minimum 2 years of recent pediatric ICU experience
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- AHA Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification through AHA/AAP required
- Must provide a valid US Social Security Number and US home address
- Primary source license verification required within 30 days prior to start
