Primary Care Physician Outpatient Senior Focus
100% Outpatient Senior-Focused Primary Care - No hospital rounds, no nights, no weekends
Superior Work-Life Balance - Typically see only 10-15 patients per day with extended visit times
Value-Based Care Model - Smaller panel sizes, emphasis on prevention, quality outcomes, and patient relationships

Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive Compensation - $245,000 - $260,000+ base salary (negotiable DOE)
