Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift Med/Surg position in a diabetic medical unit, requiring a TX or compact RN license and at least one year of recent specialty experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital setting within the Diabetic/Med Surgical unit
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week contract assignment
• Provide direct nursing care to adult medical-surgical patients with a focus on diabetic care
• Compliance with all onboarding documentation, including skills checklist and references, is required
• No Canadian Social Security Numbers accepted

Requirements

• Active TX or compact RN license
• At least 1 year of recent Med/Surg experience required
• Current BLS certification through AHA or ARC
• No work history gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• U.S. Social Security Number is required for consideration
