Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our established clinic in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care, managing both acute and chronic medical conditions while emphasizing prevention and wellness. You'll work closely with a collaborative team of healthcare professionals dedicated to improving patient outcomes and community health.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform comprehensive patient assessments, diagnose and treat a variety of acute and chronic illnesses.
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based primary care to a diverse patient population.
Coordinate care with nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and nursing staff to ensure continuity of care.
Manage chronic conditions through education, treatment planning, and ongoing monitoring.
Promote preventive care through screenings, lifestyle counseling, and patient education.
Maintain thorough and timely documentation within the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
Adhere to all regulatory, ethical, and clinical compliance standards.
MD or DO degree with an active and unrestricted North Carolina medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred, New Grads accepted.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
Excellent diagnostic, interpersonal, and communication skills.
