Are you an experienced Body Imaging Radiologist seeking a Full-Time opportunity near South Holland, IL? We have an exciting locum tenens position available, starting as soon as you are credentialed.
Practice Overview
- Reason for Coverage: Need coverage until a permanent provider is found
- Practice Setting: Hospital, Reading for all sites, with on-site work at LUMC, open to remote reading
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p; No call or weekends
- Average Cases per Day: Variable depending on rotation, 35-40 CT, or equivalent mixture as directed by the section chief
- Imaging Modalities: X-ray, CT, US, MRI mostly outpatient/non-urgent
- Procedures: None required
- Trauma Level: I
- EMR: Epic, PowerScribe 360, Intelerad PACS, Softek Illuminate
- Patient Demographics: All ages (Not necessary for locum to read Peds)
- Credentialing Timeframe: Roughly 60-90 days

Facility and Technology
The facility operates at a trauma level I and utilizes advanced technologies for seamless operations. The EMR systems include Epic, PowerScribe 360, Intelerad PACS, and Softek Illuminate, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in patient care.
Patient Demographics and Credentialing
Patient demographics cover all age groups, excluding pediatrics for locum coverage. The credentialing process takes approximately 60-90 days.
