Practice Overview
- 10-bed hospital-based GI procedure suite with access to a local ASC
- Built-in hospitalist GI team covering 40 weeks of annual call
- Subspecialty IBD practice fully supported, with in-house research and fellowship potential
Schedule
- 80/20 split between procedures and clinic, with efficient swing-room scheduling
- Typical caseload 10-12 cases per half day, finishing by 4:30 PM
- 12 Weeks of call shared with outpatient providers, covering inpatient consults and ER
- All GI operations centralized within a single facility; clinic, procedures, and recovery
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed base salary starting at $700K with expected income $800K-$1million
- $50,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available

Candidate Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Gastroenterology
- Fellowship-trained welcome but not required
- Procedural volume comfort essential; advanced endoscopy handled separately
