- Direct access to over 50 employed primary care providers and a strong community provider alignment to serve as a referral base
- Direct employment by Health System
- Inpatient/Outpatient setting
- IOP (Max 20 hours a week)
- Monday Friday work week
- 31 bed unit, currently with only 21 staffed beds
- 5 Nursing homes to round on
- 7-10 patients per half day session in outpatient setting
- Weekday and weekend call schedule rotation
