Telemetry Nurse - Night Shift

ScheduleNight shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, 3x12-hour shifts.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Telemetry Nurse with the ability to read rhythms and a solid understanding of telemetry care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in monitoring cardiac patients and managing critical situations with precision.
Responsibilities- Monitor patients’ vital signs and cardiac rhythms.
- Respond to patient needs and provide care as needed.
- Administer medications and manage critical drips, following established protocols.
- Document patient information accurately using Epic charting system.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care.
- Current NY State Nursing License.
- BLS and ACLS certification required.
- Minimum 2 years of telemetry nursing experience.
- Experience in managing critical drips and cerebrovascular accidents (CVA) preferred.
- EKG proficiency with the ability to pass specified examinations for critical rhythm identification.
