Schedule: 12-hour shifts
Availability: Nights and Weekends provider should be willing to work 7 consecutive shifts, ideally 2 weeks per month
Patient Load: patients per shift

Requirements:

• Active Alaska (AK) medical license
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine (ABIM) or Family Medicine (FM)
• Experience with EPIC EMR
• Clean background for expedited credentialing.
