Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have experience and comfort with aortic disease, valve repair and replacement, including open and endovascular procedures. Experience with TAVR and minimally invasive lung surgery is desired. Candidates should also have knowledge and experience with advanced technologies to reduce the invasiveness of thoracic and cardiovascular procedures. Board certification or eligibility in cardiothoracic surgery is required. Collaborative Environment: Work alongside an experienced team of providers, including another cardiothoracic surgeon, three advanced practice providers skilled in endo vein harvesting, and a dedicated interdisciplinary team comprising cardiologists, anesthesiologists, surgical, RN, and Critical Care staff. Advanced Surgical Programs: The practice currently performs coronary revascularization, valve repair and replacements, minimally invasive cardiac and robotic thoracic surgery, aortic surgery, ECMO, and other advanced cardiothoracic surgical programs.
