A Director of Family Medicine is needed in New Port Richey, FL.

Salary and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is based on experience ($240,00 - $255,000/year)

Responsibilities
- Monday-Friday
- Monday: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM
- Tuesday Friday: 7:00 AM 4:00 PM
- If full day Monday: day of choice
- 80% clinical 20% administrative
- Average 16-22 patients per day
- Provide direct outpatient, primary care services to patients of all ages
- Oversee and support high-quality clinical care delivery for integrated clinical practice
- Collaborate with CMO on quality improvement and compliance
- On-call by phone only after hours 1:18 weeks (average 6 or 7 calls per week)
Requirements
- Compassionate Care
- Minimum of 10 years experience seeing patients required
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Clear and Active License in the State of Florida
- MD/DO
- Board Certified in the State of Florida
- Family Medicine (FP)
