Job Details:
The part-time Sleep Expert will elevate and enhance the customer's in-store experience by being a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products. Experts will execute MFRM selling programs with the use of digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel experience to create a compelling and engaging environment that puts the customer at the center.
Professional communication and representation of Company brand in all internal and external interactions
Follow Company procedures for product transfers to ensure proper documentation of inventory
You will need to work within the district based on business needs.
Complete all required training modules and certifications prior to the due date
Assist in completing store inventory counts as assigned by leadership
Execute company initiatives and any other activities requested by supervisor • Follow open and closing procedures
Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed to ensure a safe work environment for all
Contributes ideas on ways to optimize or improve the team, the department, and the Company
Follow all Company policies and execute Company standards on appearance and functionality as well as appropriate brand representation.
Communicates any concerns or issues to leadership to ensure proper efficiency of department and company operations Effective Selling Methods
Communicate professionally with all internal and external contacts.
Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers, serve as subject matter expert.
Adhere to all sales processing policies to ensure the proper creation and execution of customer invoicing.
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
Assist in processing inventory counts.
Lift, pull and push up to 50+ pounds.

Compensation:
Competitive pay range of $35,000- $55,000 per year * depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities may be available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.*Pay amount does not guarantee employment for any particular time.
