An Automotive Dealership in the South Miami, FL area is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Desk Manager to lead our sales floor operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Structure and Approve Deals: Collaborate with sales consultants to craft profitable, compliant deals across new and pre-owned inventory.
• Lead the Sales Floor: Motivate and guide the team to meet monthly targets, maintain high closing ratios, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Coordinate Financing and Trade-Ins: Work closely with finance managers and appraisers to ensure seamless transactions.
• Ensure Compliance: Review documentation for accuracy and adherence to manufacturer and legal standards.
• Customer Engagement: Step in during complex negotiations or escalations to secure trust and satisfaction.

 
What You Bring: 

• Proven experience in automotive sales management.
• Strong understanding of deal structuring, financing, and inventory control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to compliance.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
