This role involves preparing and cooking food items according to established recipes and food safety standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The Cook is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, stocking supplies, and providing customer service when needed. Strong teamwork, organizational skills, and adherence to safety protocols are essential for success in this position.
Basic knife skills, be able to operate grill or pizza oven, good customer service skills, understands they may be asked to serve food from hot line or create sandwiches from cold line or stocking coolers.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Ensure food is prepared to exact specifications and plated correctly
- Keep work areas clean and organized throughout service
- Monitor food stock levels and communicate low inventory
- Assist with prep work as needed between rushes
- Follow all kitchen safety and food handling procedures
Skills:
- Solid understanding of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and line operations
- Able to handle multiple tickets under pressure and stay organized
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with kitchen team
- Comfortable with fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
Requirements:
- Must wear clean, non-slip shoes and proper kitchen attire
- Hair must be tied back and secured with a hat or hairnet
- No cell phones, headphones, or unauthorized breaks during service
- Adherence to food safety protocols and client cleanliness standards

- Assist in ordering and receiving food products for the kitchen as needed
- Work in a busy environment and standing for long periods of time
