The Certified Medication Technician (CMT) provides personal care and medication assistance to senior residents, ensuring their well-being and engagement in daily activities. This role involves monitoring changes in residents' health and collaborating with nursing staff to update care plans. Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support and companionship.
Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
Look for changes in residents' day and personal care needs and work with the nurse to update their personal Resident Care Plan.
Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
Salary range: USD $21.00 - USD $24.25 /Hr.
