- Contract Duration: 20 weeks
- Shift: Day Shift – 5×8 hours
- Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (hours may vary by office needs)
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
- Visits per Day: 6–8 home visits
- Patient Population: Adults & Geriatrics
- Locals Accepted: Yes (same rate)
Job Requirements & QualificationsExperience:- Minimum 1 year RN experience required
- Skilled Home Health experience REQUIRED
- Private duty–only experience not accepted
- OASIS training and experience REQUIRED
- Must have recent patient care experience within the last 3 months
- Travel experience required (more than one completed travel assignment)
Certifications & Licensure- Active FL RN license or compact license (required at submission)
- BLS/BCLS
- COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemption accepted)
- Flu vaccine or declination (mask required if declined)
Additional Requirements- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Must live at least 100 miles from the facility (BayCare radius rule)
- Cerner charting experience preferred
- Must pass EKG exam (pass/fail, up to 3 attempts)
- Smoke-free facility
- No RTO accepted in contract (to be discussed onsite if needed)
