Job Overview:

Highlights of your role:
- Operate and maintain high-pressure boilers and related equipment
- Monitor systems to ensure safe and efficient performance
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues as needed
- Lead annual tear down, cleaning, and assembly of boilers
- Work independently and as part of a team to support facility operations
- Operate heavy equipment such as pay loaders
You're a good fit if you have (or if you can):
- High school diploma or GED
- Minnesota 1 st Class C Boilers License or higher
- 4+ years of experience as a 1 st class C Boiler Operator
- Experience troubleshooting high-pressure boilers, steam systems, air compressors, and water treatment systems
- Ability to read schematics, prints, and equipment manuals to diagnose issues
