Clinical Responsibilities
- Rounding on adults through geriatric patients

- Conducting daily patient assessments and medication management
- Attending treatment team meetings (Monday, Wednesday, Friday â€" approximately 1 hour each)
- Managing new and established patients
- Completing all required documentation and charting
