Position, Compensation & Organization:
- Employed by Texas's largest not-for-profit health system
- 1:1 medical assistant support for efficient clinic days
- 3.5 clinic days + 1 dedicated OR day weekly
- Average 22-23 patients daily in 20-minute appointment slots
- Built-in 20-40 minutes of daily administrative time
- Team of 2 PAs + 1 NP managing independent GYN panels
- Subspecialty support (MFM, GYN Onc, REI) nearby
