About the Position:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30a-5p
• Call required
• Setting: Outpatient clinic
• Patient Volume: 20-30 per day
• Cases: Chronic lung disease management, sick visits, sleep studies, pulmonary function testing, smoking cessation, bronchoscopies, pulmonary rehabilitation
• Support Staff: NPs, RTs, LPNs, LCSWs, MAs
• EMR: AthenaHealth
• Must be board-certified
