- Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm schedule
- 18 - 22 patients per day
- Primary care clinic setting
- Adult patients 18+ with chronic conditions
- Standard procedures including hypertension and diabetes management
- Wellness checks and medication management
- Hospital privileges required
- BLS certification required
