Full-time Medical Director of Hospital Medicine opportunity leading a collaborative and high-performing hospitalist team

Oversee inpatient care delivery, quality, and performance metrics across daily hospital operations

Partner with administrative and clinical leadership to implement best practices and achieve department goals

Drive initiatives to enhance patient safety, efficiency, and overall service excellence

Ensure full compliance with hospital standards, policies, and regulatory requirements

Support recruitment, mentoring, and ongoing professional development of hospitalist staff

Utilize Epic EMR for all documentation and workflow management

Monday"Friday schedule, approximately 40"50 hours per week; no weekends or on-call duties

Must be Board Certified or near board eligible within two years; prior hospital medicine leadership experience required

Competitive annual salary of $325,000"$350,000 based on experience

Additional $25,000 sign-on bonus plus comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement, PTO, CME, and PSLF eligibility
