Position Type: Part-Time or Full-Time, benefits eligible position
Shifts Available:
Position Type:Full-Time, benefits eligible position, includes a $10,000 bonus.
Shift: Nights (NOC) 10:30 pm - 7:00am
Position Type: Part-Time, benefits eligible position, includes a $5,000 bonus.
Shifts: Every other weekend
Days: 6:30am - 3:00pm.
Wage: $27.89 - $36.26 per hour (based on experience)

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:
- Develops, implements, and evaluates resident care plans.
- Recognizes and manages common geriatric conditions.
- Supervises TMAs and Nursing Aides.
- Maintains respectful, professional interactions with residents, families, and staff.
- Administers and monitors medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Manages medication and supply inventory according to policy.
- Documents care using electronic charting systems.
- Communicates significant changes in resident condition to appropriate parties.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications:- Current Minnesota LPN license in good standing.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively.
- Passion for providing quality nursing care to older adults.
