Job Details:

• Minimum 3 years of experience required with Level I trauma experience preferred and Level II trauma experience required
• Previous travel experience required
• Must be proficient with Da Vinci Xi robot and bonus points for DV5 Davinci robot experience
• Must function independently in robotics, orthopedics, general, GYN, urology, bariatrics, ENT, plastics, vascular, thoracic (excluding cardiac and open heart), and trauma specialties
• Prefer RNs who can both scrub and circulate
• Call requirements: 2-3 calls within a 6 week matrix with 30-minute response time required
• Weekend coverage: 3-4 weekend shifts within a 6 week matrix (can be days, evenings, or nights)
• Holiday coverage as needed for day, evening, or night shifts
• Floating as needed throughout the facility
• Patient ratio of 1:1
• Epic charting experience heavily preferred
• BLS certification required (AHA or ARC only)
• Maximum 7 days RTO per contract
• Tobacco and fragrance free facility
• Pre-start modules required (5-6 hours, billable)
• Manager interview required

This healthcare facility operates an 18-room operating suite with 593 beds and serves a daily census of 50-60 patients. The facility specializes in advanced surgical procedures including robotic surgery using Da Vinci technology, trauma care, and comprehensive surgical specialties. The facility maintains strict safety and quality standards while providing interdisciplinary support including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams.
