Allied Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• Work varied shifts including Saturday-Sunday 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Monday 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
• 36 hours per week with weekend and holiday rotation required
• No on-call responsibilities
• Must have 2 years of experience in hospital setting
• Must have Virginia license or compact license at time of submission
• Ability to work independently and provide single staff coverage for both CT and X-ray modalities
• Work with GE Optima CT scanner and GE portable x-ray equipment
• Use Meditech and Sectra documentation systems
• Required certifications: CPR, ARRT, ARRT-CT
• Must maintain professional, friendly communication skills
• Handle normal ER procedures with no surgical procedures or biopsies
• Work in busy, high-acuity freestanding ER environment
• Manage moderate pediatric volume in acute stroke ready setting
• Floating policy not required
• Must wear grey scrubs as part of dress code requirements

This medical facility features a 12-bed freestanding emergency room with a 7-vertical fast track area, serving an average of 80 patients per day with 100+ volume during winter surge periods. The facility maintains excellent teamwork and culture with high patient experience scores above the 80th percentile. It holds certifications as an Acute Stroke Ready FSED with Comprehensive Stroke capabilities, and is affiliated with Trauma Level 1 and Burn Center main campus facilities, ensuring comprehensive emergency care services.
