How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Serve as the authority on quality, safety, and Evidence-Based Practices to drive superior patient outcomes.
• Partner with leaders to coach and develop staff, identify gaps, and promote skill and mastery.
• Analyze research outcomes to design and deploy strategies that elevate the standard of care.
• Conduct targeted clinical rounds to provide real-time coaching and ensure frontline compliance.
• Improve daily operations by revising order sets, updating practice guidelines, and leading clinical projects.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Red Cross or American Heart Association accepted.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited school/college of nursing required.

Work Experience:

• 2 years applicable experience required.
• 5 years preferred.

What additional preferences we're seeking

• Masters in Nursing or related healthcare field
