Organization Information:Physician owned multispecialty groupFirst two years, the base salary is $215,000 for out patient only. Should physician opt- in to evening inpatient call schedule, base salary is increased to $225,000. Physician may earn additional compensation via productivity bonus (earning potential can be up to 325k).
