Job Description & Requirements

Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 48

Shift Requirements: 12 hour nights 7a-730p

every other weekend and holiday rotation

Float Requirements: float to all inpatient units as needed
• On Call/Call Back Requirements: Can be low censused and put on call. Call back minimum is 2 hours
• Required Certifications: WI RN, AHA BLS

Minimum Experience: 1 Year Medical Surgical Rehab experience (a plus but not required) - OR - nurses with M/S background. Experience REQUIRED in an inpatient hospital setting (STAC).

Primary Cases; Stroke, Trauma, Debility, amputation, Cardiac
• Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio):12 beds Inpatient Rehab Patient Ratio 1:4-1:6 PM 1:8 Nights

Charting Experience Required : Epic Preferred
