Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic role with opportunities for inpatient experience and double-booked follow-up visits.

Responsibilities

• Work primarily in an outpatient orthopedic setting with the potential for some inpatient cases
• Shift is 8 hours per day, day shift
• Expected patient load is 12-14 patients per day with double-booking of follow-up visits
• Productivity expectation is 60 visits per week
• No on-call duties required
• No floating to other clinics is required
• Opportunity to work as part of a travel team within this or a neighboring clinic
• First-time travelers are accepted for this assignment
• Team structure supports collaboration and training
• OT hours must be approved by the director prior to working overtime
• RTO (requested time off) must be discussed prior to assignment

Requirements

• Current Physical Therapist license required if applicable
• Outpatient experience is preferred but not required
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Position does not accept PTA candidates
