Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join the team at a long-term care facility in Luverne, MN. The RN will provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support overall health and wellness.
Requirements:
- Active Minnesota RN license (or compact)
- CPR certification
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
- Previous LTC experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay: $38–$48/hr (based on experience)
- Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 (paid in 4 equal installments at 3, 6, 12, and 18 months)
- Relocation Bonus: Not offered
