Neonatologist Full-Time, Perm Placement

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive neonatal care to infants in a Level II NICU environment.
- Attend high-risk deliveries and perform C-section coverage as needed.
- Manage a 12-bed newborn nursery, including well-baby care when pediatricians are unavailable.
- Conduct daytime in-house rounding to monitor patient progress and plan treatments.
- Participate in after-hours coverage through on-call duties from home.
- Collaborate effectively with nursing staff and multidisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and efforts to enhance patient care and safety.
- Support neonatal resuscitation, stabilization, and emergency responses as required.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology.
- Valid medical license in Georgia or eligible for licensure.
- Demonstrated experience or training in neonatal care and resuscitation protocols.
- Strong team-oriented approach with excellent communication skills.
