Provide comprehensive primary care services within scope of family medicine excluding obstetrics, including diagnosis, treatment, care coordination, preventive care, and health maintenance. Serve as a lead clinical member of the care team, collaborating with other providers to promote trust and mutual respect while adhering to organizational policies and applicable state and federal regulations. Participate in patient-centered care delivery at Oak Orchard Health as part of an integrated primary care team.
