Roles and Responsibilities:
As a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the production activities during the night shift. Your responsibilities will include:

- Monitoring production processes to maintain quality standards and efficiency.
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

- Analyzing production metrics and reporting on performance to drive strategic decisions.

Experience Level:
- Preferred experience level is 3 to 5 years in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
